Y4 Habitats Trip

On Monday 12th October 2015, we visited Greno Woods to conduct a comparable habitat survey. After a roller-coaster coach trip, we met up with our guide from the Wildlife Trust and hiked into the heart of the woods. After some warm-up games, we got into small groups and investigated what animals and plants lived in 3 habitats: Heath-land, Coniferous (not carnivorous!) woodland and broadleaf woodland. We learned all about bio-diversity, and we had a lot of fun!
