After School Clubs - 2018/2019

Signing up for a club in school is easy. At the end of each term we will email parents a form via ParentMail asking you to choose the clubs you would like your child to attend. Please complete this by the deadline stated and we will then allocate a place on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a place has been allocated, you will then be able to pay via ParentMail. Clubs are currently charged at the beginning of each half-term in full.

Terms and Conditions

  • A place at a club is conditional based on behaviour.  Therefore any child who has behaviour below the expected standard will not be allowed to attend clubs the following half term.

Parents will be notified by letter the Monday before the club registration deadline if their child’s behaviour is below the expected standard and therefore will not be allowed to attend clubs the following half term.  Similarly if a child has not been allowed to attend clubs due to their behaviour falling below the expected standard the previous half term, parents will be notified by letter the Monday before the club registration deadline if their child’s behaviour is now at an acceptable level and they can attend clubs in the following half term.

Should a child’s behaviour significantly fall below the school’s expected standard of behaviour during the half term the child may not be allowed to attend clubs with immediate effect and a refund will be given.

  • Children in Reception class can attend clubs from Autumn 2.
  • Clubs are open to all year groups unless Key Stages are specified.
  • Payments must be made half termly in full and should be made by ParentMail.
  • In order to cover costs refunds will not be made, unless the club is cancelled by school.
  • If payment is not received by the end of the first week the club is running the child will not be allowed to attend the club.
  • If you have any concerns about being able to meet the cost of the clubs please contact the school office.
  • Children must wear their PE kit for all clubs (shin pads for football please)
  • Clubs run every week of the term except the last week before Christmas, Easter and Summer Break and the first week in September.
  • Children to be collected promptly at 4.30pm.
