We run in-house breakfast childcare from 7.30am until the start of the school day and after school childcare until 6pm.

During breakfast childcare, the children are provided with toast or cereal or fruit and after school children are provided with a snack. A range of activities are available for the children to access.

This childcare provision is run by St Mary's school staff. 

The cost of the provision is as follows:

• Breakfast childcare is £4.50 for the first child and half price for siblings
• After school childcare is £7.00 for the first child and half price for siblings

Booking a Place

Childcare is booked by parents via their ParentPay account.

When booking the session there are four options available:

1. First Child
2. Sibling
3. First Child (Childcare Voucher Scheme)
4. Sibling (Childcare Voucher Scheme)

Childcare places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation

Parents are able to cancel the place they have booked for their child. 

If a place is booked but not cancelled, and your child doesn't attend the club will still be charged for.

Tax Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers

Parents using tax-free childcare or childcare vouchers to support payment are asked to book their child’s place using option 3 and 4 (as applicable - see above).  Parents using this option will be invoiced fortnightly, which must be paid as soon as possible using their childcare vouchers.
