We need to hold personal data about your child electronically and in paper form to help us deliver their education.
School staff have access to your child's data to enable them to do their jobs. From time to time, information may be shared with others involved in your child's care or education. In some circumstances, we may be required by law to release your child's data to statutory or other official bodies. In other circumstances, you may be required to give written consent before data is released.
Anyone with access to your child's data is properly trained in confidentiality issues and is governed by a legal duty to keep data secure, accurate and up to date. Please help us to do this by informing us if your child's data changes.
